Let us handle the headaches of coordinating with snow removal and other contractors, and deal with the day-to-day issues of managing the complex. Owners are welcome to contact us directly with requests and suggestions. For the board members/trustees, we’ll provide a monthly report that shows, in detail, the accounting of the monthly receipts and expenditures. For major expenditures, we will work closely with the board to secure bids and financing, but ultimately, the decision is yours. It’s your investment, your home, we’ll just help you manage it.

To obtain a 6D certificate, the current unit owner will need to (1) complete a Change of Ownership Form (click the link to fill out the form) and email it to Cindy Jopson (click her name to email Cindy), and (2) process payment according to these instructions:
For MA condominiums, the FEE for a 6D certificate is $50 or a “rush” order the fee is $75. For credit card payments through Paypal – see below. If you do not use Paypal – please mail payment to: Hampshire Property Management Group, PO Box 686, Northampton MA 01061

If you require a CONDO QUESTIONNAIRE please process payment for the $50 fee, instructions are below. The questionnaire will be completed within two (2) business days from receipt of payment.
