SELLING OR BUYING A CONDO?

For MA condominiums, the charge for a 6D certificate is $50. Please allow ten (10) business days as provided by law for processing, although a “rush” order may be possible for a $75 charge. We have recently started accepting Paypal credit card payments. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE ASKED TO CREATE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT IN ORDER TO PROCEED WITH THE CREDIT CARD PAYMENT — if you already have an account, you will be given the opportunity to log in to process the payment.
ATTENTION BANKS/FINANCING COMPANIES:
If you require a CONDO QUESTIONNAIRE to be completed, there is a $50 charge that must be paid PRIOR TO OBTAINING the condo questionnaire. The questionnaire will be completed within two (2) business days from receipt of payment. Payments are to be made to Hampshire Property Management Group in the form of bank check or personal check.
