Owners are welcome to contact us directly with requests and suggestions. For the board members/trustees, we'll provide a monthly report that shows, in detail, the accounting of the monthly receipts and expenditures. For major expenditures, we will work closely with the board to secure bids and financing, but ultimately, the decision is yours. It's your investment, your home, we'll just help you manage it.
