Condo Questionnaires
Once payment is received, Condo Questionnaires are completed by the Property Manager assigned to the
property being mortgaged.
Please follow the instructions below:
- Please pay the
$150.00 processing fee for all condo
questionnaires
- Credit card payments can be made Here via PayPal
- Check Payments - Note the property name and unit # on the memo line. Make the check payable to Hampshire Property Management Group and drop off at our office or mail it to: P.O. Box 686, Northampton, MA 01061
- Email the Questionnaire to info@hpmgnoho.com

*Questionnaire completion time is approximately one week.
*Refunds for payments made through PayPal will be issued less any applicable PayPal transaction, processing, or transfer fees incurred at the time of the original payment. These fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount.
