Master Insurance Policy Information: Master Insurance Policy is held with Hub International.
There are now two ways to request a Certificate of Insurance:

We will need the following information to process:
Your name, the address to your unit including unit number, your lenders name and address, a loan number, and a return fax number or e-mail address.
You can also send a copy of the notice sent by your mortgage company.
Please allow a 24-to-48-hour turnaround time for all certificate requests.

Please make sure your tenants fill out the vehicle and Tenant Information forms (contained in the rental package below) and submit them to Sabrina Bardwell, SBardwell@hpmgnoho.com at The Hampshire Property Management Group. Owners are responsible for their tenant's behavior at the complex. Please make sure they read and abide by ALL the condominium documents.
