6D Certificates

To obtain a 6D certificate - the buyer, seller, sales agent or attorney needs to:

1. Complete a Change of Ownership Form click here
   • Email the Change of Ownership Form to Cindy Jopson (cindy.jopson@hpmgnoho.com) click here
2. Processing Fee's:
   • $75.00 (2-4 days)
   • $125.00 for a "rush" order (24 hours or less)
3. Payment Options:

• Check Payments - please add the property name and unit # on the memo line. Make the check payable to Hampshire Property Management Group or Pancione Associates and drop off at our office or mail it to:

*Refunds for payments made through PayPal will be issued less any applicable PayPal transaction, processing, or transfer fees incurred at the time of the original payment. These fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount.
