Amity Place permits TWO vehicles per unit. The Board of Trustees of Amity Place has decided to implement a new parking permit system. We will no longer be using the blue garage stickers or the black surface lot stickers. In their place there will be a static cling parking permit that will adhere to the INTERIOR of the rear driver’s side window. We are also discontinuing the temporary visitor hang tags and replacing them with reflective visitor tags which will be assigned one per unit.

Board members have distributed the new parking permits to the unit owners. If you are a Unit Owner and do not have the new permits, please complete the vehicle registration form and send it to HPMG either by fax, email, or regular mail.  You can also send an email containing ALL the required information (including whether your new car is replacing one you previously had or is an addition).   Email Lisa Nawrock, Office Manager
