Owners are responsible for their tenant's behavior at the complex. Please make sure they read and abide by ALL the condominium documents.PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS A MOVE-IN FEE FOR EACH TIME A TENANT MOVES IN. Notice is hereby given that the Annual Meeting of Randolph Place Condominium Association will be held on Wednesday, May 20th at 6:00 pm at 23 Randolph Place # 304.  If you are unable to attend please print and fill out the Proxy Form below by 5pm on Tuesday, May 19th.
